Prices: All prices are in Canadian dollars for Canadian orders only. Orders within the Continental U.S., are in US. dollars. All prices are subject to change without written or verbal notice unless confirmed in writing.

Artwork: For most products If you supply vector artwork there are no setup or art charges. If we have to convert or redraw your artwork we will charge $60.00 per hour. Your artwork can be in AI, CDR or EPS format.

Specials: All custom orders are subject to 50% advance payment for all new accounts, established accounts as per terms.

Samples: Based on availability, there will be $25.00 administration fee plus the cost of the product, for sending you a blank sample in the mail only, this amount will be credited at time of purchasing and it will appear on your invoice/receipt. If courier is required, please provide your courier's account number, or we'll ship via a courier of your choice and add the shipping charges to your invoice.

Taxes: All applicable taxes extra for orders within Canada and will be added unless documentation is provided showing tax exemption status. We do not collect foreign taxes.

Goods: Orders made to your specifications are not subject to cancellation or return and will be invoiced accordingly.

Credit: Net/30 days can be extended to firms who supply satisfactory references, new credit applications, require three weeks for processing, first time orders are C.O.D., 2% interest compounded monthly, our minimum invoice is $25.00 before taxes.

Freight: All our products are shipped F.O.B. our location. We charge you what it costs us for shipping plus any packaging materials necessary to insure your purchase arrives undamaged.

Customs: All duty, and/or brokerage fee(s) are extra for orders shipped out of Canada (where applicable).

Shipping: Unless otherwise stated in a written quote, shipping and packaging charges are not included in our pricing and will be added to your invoice and charged to your credit card once that amount is determined based on the size, weight, destination and method of delivery you have selected.

Courier: Unless specified otherwise, we will ship via the least expensive courier, including Canada Post.

Returns: Any returns excluding custom made items, must be authorized by Sterling Promotions Inc. and to be in saleable condition for credit and it should be sent pre-paid with our original invoice and packing list. Re-stocking charge of 15% will apply to all returned standard merchandise.

Delivery: All stock products, will be shipped within 4-5 days, 1-2 weeks on large orders. For custom designs please inquire about delivery at time of order.

Insurance: Cost of insuring your order will be added on as per your request. The courier's minimum standard insurance will apply to your shipment to the final destination.

Quotes: A written quote for your personalized order will be provided upon request. Quotes are valid for a period of 15 days unless otherwise specified.
