economical sign panel with a glossy, white vinyl surface that
will not flake or peel.
Ideal for the application of pressure sensitive vinyl.
Easy to fabricate with standard carpentry tools.
Average life expectancy for this panel should be 3-5 years, depending
on the climate and UV exposure.
Available in single and double-sided white vinyl finishes.
- Construction
- Omega SignBoard’s hardwood
core is composed of a premium, exterior furniture grade plywood
with smooth, tight, sanded veneers for optimum surface beauty.
Surface consists of finished, brilliant white vinyl.
The vinyl surface is impact resistant and formulated with high
performance UV inhibitors to reduce fading.
Finished vinyl surface is covered with peel-off plastic masking
for added protection.
- Recommended Applications
- Ideal for pressure sensitive
vinyl, Omega SignBoard panels are recommended for real estate
signs, construction site signs and billboards. Please note that
its hardwood core must be edge-sealed before using outdoors.
