- Benefits
- One of our thinnest panels and
100 times more rigid than .040 aluminum, D-Lite offers an economical
alternative to aluminum sheet metal.
Available in single and double-sided aluminum finishes.
- Construction
- The core is a high density,
corrugated polyallomer (CPA), that will not swell, corrode, rot,
wick water, or delaminate – making it perfect for all outdoor
or UV-exposed indoor applications.
Finished surface is high-gloss white aluminum on two sides or
with a light gauge aluminum backer. An aluminum surface is bonded
to both sides to balance the board and maximize flatness.
Factory-baked, polyester paint surface is highly reflective and
warranted not to crack, chip, flake or peel. Colorfast 10-year
limited warranty.

- D-Lite panels are ideal for:
for interior and exterior signage, digital printing, POP displays,
exhibits, billboards, fascias, canopies, photo mounting, channel
letterbacks, highway signage and scoreboards.
