Ordering:
All orders must be sent in writing, verbal orders are not accepted.
Dies & Artwork will be returned with order ONLY upon written
request.
Artwork:
If art supplied by customer is not suitable for specific imprinting
process, we will notify you of needed changes before proceeding.
Artwork changes will be billed at cost.
Tips on how to achieve best results
on imprints:
1. Supply camera-ready artwork.
2. Clean, black on white.
3. Color-separated.
4. Sharp clean lines.
5. Size artwork to fit product.
Orders:
All New & repeat orders must either be received by mail,
fax, or E-mail. Please include a purchase order number for processing.
Ensure that you include the previous order or invoice number
for repeat orders. Hot stamping, cutting and sealing dies are
retained for a maximum of two years from last shipment date.
After that, they may be discarded if unused.
Cancellation:
All orders will be considered firm when placed. Any cancellation
shall be billed for work in progress.
Custom Quotations:
Custom items will be quoted within 24- 48 hours, upon receipt
of a sample or a clear drawing with dimensions.
Prices:
All prices are in Canadian dollars F.O.B. Our location, minimum
quantity charges apply to imprinted and non-imprinted orders.
Minimum invoicing per order is $100.00.
Credit Terms:
Orders placed by new accounts with no credit terms are to be
pre-paid. When placing large or specialty orders, please contact
our credit department for your terms in order to avoid delays.
Deposits may be required if credit limits are exceeded at the
determination of our credit department. All NSF cheques are subject
to a $35.00 charge.
Delivery Times:
Within three weeks or sooner depending on the product and season.
Overruns & Underruns:
We reserve the right to overrun or under run by 5% and bill accordingly.
If exact quantities are required by the customer, a 10% surcharge
will apply.
Sample Policy:
You can order a sample by mail, fax, or E-mail. Samples will
be supplied at cost providing you supply your courier account
number to charge the freight. please refer to our samples
order policy.
Spec Samples:
Pre production samples can be supplied at a nominal charge depending
on the sample cost, please call us to inquire.

Decorating Options:
SILK SCREENING
This most common method of decoration involves the application
of even pressure of the imprint over a mesh screen onto the material.
All products can be silk screened unless stated otherwise. All
prices include a one colour screen print in one location. For
additional colour or location screen printing ADD: $40.00 set
up charge, Less Than 500 running charge $1.00, More than 500
running charge $0.80
FOR UMBRELLAS, $60.00 set up
charge, Less Than 500 running charge $2.00, more than 500 running
charge $1.70
EMBROIDERY
In a addition to improving the look of an imprint, embroidery
creates a lasting impression. The imprint is stitched using polyester
thread on designated embroidery friendly areas. Lead times may
vary but delivery times run 5-10 days depending on the work load.
Digitizing artwork requires around 3-5 days unless a Jpeg or
Bitmap format disk is received. Call our customer service staff
to find out the exact lead time, artwork requirements and pricing
for embroidery.
- Artwork Submission Requirements:
Camera-ready (black and white artwork that needs no further touch-up
or re-arranging before being processed) in vector-based format,
such as Adobe Illustrator, CS3 or lower version (.ai or .eps)
or Adobe Acrobat (.pdf).

- For better printing result,
fonts should not be less than 8pt, sans serif, regular weight.
All fonts should be converted to outlines or font file(s) to
be provided with the artwork.

- Halftones/gradients are acceptable
for silk-screening only.
E-mailing Artwork:
NOTE: Delays in production may result from incomplete information
with the matching of art to your purchase order.

For all other software please
send files as an encapsulated postscript (.eps) file. Such files
are generally acceptable as long as the file has been exported
as an .eps file and not merely renamed.
File Management Requirements:
Adobe Illustrator: Files should be saved as Illustrator
EPS or AI files in version 12 or earlier. There must be a 0.5
to 1.0 point trap between two different colours that are touching.
All fonts must be converted to outlines (lines and curves)
Corel Draw: All fonts should be converted to curves
whenever possible to prevent problems with file conversion.
Quark Xpress: Ensure that all supporting artwork is
included with the Quark Xpress master document. All placed images
should be supplied as EPS files. Please supply multi-colour files
as SPOT colour separations and show exact PMS colour numbers.
Four colour process files requiring separation are not considered
camera ready.

Packing:
All products are INDIVIDUALLY POLY BAGGED when shipped from overseas
and BULK BOXED when shipped from domestic stock.
PMS Colour Matching:
There is no charge for Close as PMS colour matching. The use
of dark imprint colours on dark fabrics is not recommended. We
cannot guarantee an exact colour match, please refer to: Panton Colour Chart
VINYL PRODUCTS

- Standard Vinyl Colours:
All products are available in certain colours only. Please refer
to catalog or our website for applicable colors. A surcharge
and minimum quantities apply to non-standard vinyl colours.
Refill Policy:
Refills for calendars will be sold providing quantity of refills
do not exceed the quantity of previously ordered calendars, and
the previous years' Purchase Order Number is supplied. For Refill
Orders of Less Than Minimum Quantity, A Handling Charge of $12.50
(code 033) will apply.
Less Than Minimum:
A charge of $70.00 will be applied to less than minimum orders
per imprint. The absolute minimum is half of catalogue minimums.
Minimum Orders: A set up charge of $25.00 (code 032) will apply
for orders that are less than minimum quantity. Order will not
be accepted on less than 50% of minimum quantity. Minimum orders
apply also to different vinyl colors on same orders.
