Pricing - Prices are effective from Jan. 30, 2011. All
prices are subject to change without notice. Price includes a
one colour imprint in one location. Contact us for quotes on
larger quantities, Offshore orders, Co-Op and Program orders.
Laser Engraving - (Metal & Wood) - Where laser engraving
is not included in the price. Repetitive Copy (Logo or type)
$1.20 running charge plus logo set-up $45.00 when applicable.
For 360 Degree Laser Engraving on metal pens only, $2.20 running
charge plus logo set-up $45.00 when applicable standard size
only maximum 1-3/4 inches in length. For size that exceeds the
standard, please contact us for a quote.

Domestic Production Time - Pens 3-5 working days after

Guarantee - all our products are guaranteed for
imprint quality and against manufacturer’s defects. Your
satisfaction is guaranteed.
Production - Overruns and Underuns - We print exact
quantities only, no additional charge.
Ordering - Customers may place orders by e-mail to sales@sterlingpromotions.ca,
by fax, or by mail complete with artwork. To avoid duplication,
please use one of these methods only. Verbal orders are not accepted.
Order acknowledgements will be sent upon request by e-mail
or by fax. It is the your responsibility to check for accuracy
and advise us of any omissions or errors. For repeat orders please
reference previous purchase order number, invoice number or job
number. Please note that for repeat orders more than two years
old, new artwork is required.
Artwork - Please forward all artwork to sales@sterlingpromotions.ca
referencing your company name, & P.O. number in the subject
line. We accept CorelDraw 12 & below, Illustrator CS 3 &
below & EPS, vectored artwork as well as high resolution
(600dpi) JPG OR TIFF files in black and white. Microsoft word
documents and PowerPoint presentation files are not graphic programs
& are not acceptable file formats. If artwork requires modification,
we will advise of any costs before proceeding, additional charges
may apply.
Paper Proof - One paper proof will be supplied upon
request only at no charge, additional proofs $10.00 each
Imprint Location - Imprint location on pens is specified
in the description. If location is not specified we will use
its discretion. For any other location, please check with us
for possible additional charges.
Pen Imprint Colours - Yellow 116C, Orange 165C, Red 186C,
Magenta 227C, Purple 266C, Brown 476C, Blue Reflex, Process Blue,
Navy Blue 282C, Forest green 342C, Black, Silver 877C, Gold 873C,
Burgundy 208C, Grey Cool 9C. Please note, if PMS # not specified
we will use our standard colour or match accents. Exact PMS colour
match $40.00.
Clip Imprint - One colour $40.00 set-up plus $0.15
running charge. Additional colours $40.00 set-up plus $0.15 running
charge per colour.
Multi Colour Imprint - minimum 250 pieces first colour $15.00
set-up, each additional colour $15.00 set-up plus $0.15 running
charge per colour.
Copy Change or Imp rint Colour Change - $15.00. Minimum
50% of first column.
Spec Pre-production Imprinted Sample - $20.00 plus
the product cost at EQP, one colour only. For spec pre-production
lasered sample, please contact us.
Less Than Minimum Order - Minimum order is as listed in catalogue.
Absolute minimum 50% of first quantity additional charge $40.00
applies.
Product Colour Variations - We are not responsible for variances
in product colour and can be subject to change without notice.
Returns - No returns on all custom orders, and you'll
be charged accordingly for all orders.
Catalogue Ilustrations - In this catalogue, we have illustrated
some of our products with various trademarks. It is not our intention
to misrepresent or misuse any trademark. We do this for illustration
purposes only.
Shipping - If you have a carrier of choice please indicate
on your purchase orderwith carrier account #. If not specified,
we will use our preferred carrier. All shipments are FOB our
location including pick-up orders. Split shipments are $15.00.
Offshore Direct Orders - Allow six weeks (Air Freight) and twelve
weeks (By Sea) from the time artwork and spec pre-production
proofs are approved by us.
